Pros and cons of Ravensword: The Fallen King app for iPhone and iPad

Ravensword: The Fallen King app good for

The game is great, reminds me of a morrowind light. WOuld benefit from more complex scenario and more items - and a retina display upgrade. But for the quality is very good and clearly above average of other RPG games. And for that price, its a no brainer.
Its ok if I had a chance to go back in time I wouldnt buy it if you hit a wall it sounds like your hitting flesh and controls are kinda gay.
This game would have been rated a 5 star by me,but WHAT!?!?! I just got the game for 7$ and today they lower the price by 3$!?!?!? Thats retarted!!! But.....very good gameplay and game....:P
So far, the game has been very good. The plot line is interesting and the quests move the story along. Very little grinding, which is great. Good job.
awsome!!!!...needs more areas,to be able to customize guy, more armor such as shields and chest pieces and stuff, more quests and skills that u can use to go down a certain path like magic melee and ranged
Awsome game I am level 40 though and the variety of weapons and armors and shields are lacking. Still a great game though!

Some bad moments

Application nul a chier. Graphisme mal fait. Et beaucoup trop cher grosse deception
Graphics are pretty decent, and it runs smooth enough from what I have seen. The problem is, I cant seem to get out of the first room my character wakes up in. There is a green arrow above the door and I have tried everything but it wont open or anything. Major gitch that needs to be fixed. Also you may want to make the jumping more realistic. The slow matrix style jump is really old. Another note is the controls to move. It has a directional thing but to face your character the direction you want to run you need to use another finger over the screen. Make two "joystick" type controls. (like the Playstation). Hopefully this application will be updated soon! Looking forward to it.
This game has clunky controls, almost no storyline, very hard to follow quests and is just plain boring. I got this when it was 5 bucks to try it out, and I can honestly say I wouldnt even buy it for 99 cents now. I struggle to understand why this is getting such high ratings
pros good graphics decent amount of monsters to kill unique story cons boring very limited character customization limited character progression bad fighting system (if you are 2inches away from the monster you can still get killed but you cannot hit the monster)
This is a game where you run into walls and jump over fences in a town. You can also leave this town, but the game does not reward you for it. When you go out of town, stuff will run at you and presumably inflict damage through combat, though it is hard to tell since theyre hitting you from behind or the side and the swipe controls for turning do not work very well. The quests are boring and spread out - kill X of these monsters on the other side of the map and get some food or gold. With gold, you can buy a bunch of stuff. You can tell how good the stuff is by how much it costs. None of the stuff I found will make the interface of the game any better, which is what would be most valuable. One time I ran into a cave, found a big box, and a lava river. The tunnel appeared to bend and continue on the other side. I skillfully pushed the box onto the lava river, jumped on it, and over to the other side of the river. When I got to that side I could see that it was actually a dead end. I jumped back over the lava river, where a skeletor was waiting and killed me while I tried to consume potions. After this I decided the cave was not the best place for me to be, so I ran to this snow castle where there were hounds running around. I saw them run towards me, but then they fell in a pit and I got a bunch of XP for it and I levelled up a couple times. That was perhaps the most satisfying aspect of this game. The weapons do not appear to have any stats, nor is there much control over how you attack. Sometimes you can find crystals that give you a measly amount of gold when you sell them to The Wizard in town. Hell also sell you an arrow which appears to do nothing without a crossbow, which I presume you must out-wait the game to receive. The one thing that makes this a 2-star game rather than a 1-star game is the music. It is well done - I feel bad for the composers though, as most people will quit the game before they hear the efforts of the composers. To sum this game up, I would refer to it as difficult to play, but really quite boring once you get into it.
This gets boring real quick so unless your an rpg fanatic it wouldnt recomend this. The controls are LAME and the whole game is quite confusing........
